At Shenayah - Women Beauty Fashion Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Before returning your item, please contact us and we will provide you with the return information.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final and cannot be returned, and we do not offer exchanges.

Damages and issues
